OCEANVIEW Rodanthe - South Shore Drive - Feel great vacation memories of LA VIDA LOCA. You'll have your own private swimming pool for family fun, shaded hot tub just for calming, and convenient cabana half bath close by. The community beach access is just a short walk away on the cul-de-sac. The village offers a walking/bicycle path making it painless to get to the Rodanthe Fishing Pier, eateries, shopping and other activities all within walking distance from the home. The first floor features a dry entry that leads to 2 downstairs bedrooms that share a full bath. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (1 master) and 2 full baths. Two bedrooms open onto a shaded mid-level oceanside deck. The entry also opens onto a covered front porch. This level has a laundry nook with washer/dryer. The broad top floor great room has vaulted ceilings and sliders that open onto a wide furnished deck that features striking ocean and sound vistas for spectacular sunrises and sunsets. You will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with sizable breakfast bar, huge dining area and a convenient powder room. If you like having fun, appreciating life and living it up, you will really find the good life in the handsome LA VIDA LOCA vacation home.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance.
