The village offers a walking/bicycle path making it simple to get to the Rodanthe Fishing Pier, eateries, shopping and other activities all within walking distance from the home. The first floor features a dry entry that leads to 2 downstairs bedrooms that share a full bath. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (1 master) and 2 full baths. Two bedrooms open onto a shaded mid-level oceanside deck. The entry also opens onto a covered front porch. This level has a laundry nook with washer/dryer. The broad top floor great room has vaulted ceilings and sliders that open onto a wide furnished deck that features gorgeous ocean and sound vistas for spectacular sunrises and sunsets. You will adore the well-equipped kitchen with enormous breakfast bar, sizable dining area and a convenient powder room. If you like having fun, appreciating life and living it up, you will really find the good life in the splendid LA VIDA LOCA vacation home.

When to visit & When to book:

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
