Escape to this brand new construction luxury high-end home in Avon, N.C. where every detail was lovingly crafted by the family who constructed it. Designed for family gatherings, this home is a true gem where quality time is cherished without media distractions. The main home features 3 master suites with king-size beds, and lavish bespoke tile baths complete with shower jets and rain heads. Each bedroom has its own TV.

The Kitchen is a spectacular gourmet kitchen with a 48 inch double oven with 6 gas burners and a griddle, a drawer microwave and a enormous 48 inch subzero refrigerator, handsome granite countertops, a huge island with seating for 5, and ample room for family cooking and bonding. The main home has an elevator that services three of the floors.

The opulent top-floor master suite features striking vistas of the ocean and sound. Its own private deck and a gorgeous full bath with a freestanding soaking tub and bespoke tile shower with jets.

The guesthouse is complete in itself with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a handsome bespoke completely equipped kitchen and living room space.
