SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon - Ocean Isle Estates - Your beach vacation awaits at OCEAN ISLE.

This roomy home offers generously sized bedrooms, common areas and decks to make even a huge group feel comfortable. Located just one lot back from the beach, take advantage of the community boardwalk for simple beach access. The broad pool deck provides room for calming near the shining private pool and bubbly hot tub.

Inside the home, find the entertaining game room complete with pool table, chess table and pub table along with convenient wet bar with full size refrigerator for stowing your pool and beach drinks and snacks. Also on the first level of the home is a full bath and three bedrooms, one pyramid bunk bedroom and two king master bedrooms with private baths. Step up to the mid-level of the home to find another two king master bedrooms with private baths, and two more bedrooms, 1 with king and 1 with 2 pyramid bunk beds, that share a hall bath. The washer/dryer can also be found on this level. There is one more king master bedroom located on the top level of the home, with a Jacuzzi tub in the private bath.

The great room features high vaulted ceilings and tons of windows to bring in the sunshine and pretty vistas. Gather around the enormous flat screen TV home theater system to watch your favorite streaming shows. The dining table is surrounded on three sides by tall windows with a blue ocean view to the east. Meals are conveniently prepared in the well-appointed kitchen that offers a breakfast bar, tons of counter space and dual dishwashers for fast clean-ups. Fill your cooler for the beach at the ice machine. Sit back and appreciate the sea breeze and water view on the expansive deck with picnic table ideal for after-dinner ice cream events.   • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in the Hatteras area. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Hatteras attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance.
