Start your vacation off with a splash in the private pool with a poolside Tiki bar or a dip in the relaxing hot tub. When it's time for a break, step inside to the first-level game room with pool table and kitchenette which features a bar, full-size refrigerator and microwave. Just around the corner you'll discover a peaceful den with comfortable couch and chairs and a sizable T.V. where you can attach your game console. Also on this level is a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and intelligent TV plus a half bath. On the second level you will appreciate a good nighttime's rest in one of three master bedrooms (two kings, one queen), all with private baths and intelligent TVs, plus there is a laundry room with new, huge-capacity washer and dryer. There's one more king master bedroom with a private bath and intelligent TV on the top level. The great room provides ample seating for the group around the enormous screen intelligent TV. Ocean-to-sound vistas can be adored through the windows or from the decks. The culinary masters will feel right at home in the well-appointed kitchen preparing meals for the family, then dining in the adjacent dining area with seating for 10. If your meal plans require grilling, there is a propane grille and covered picnic area in the ground level breezeway. And don’t let the four flights of stairs intimidate you when it comes to hauling groceries and suitcases as there is an elevator to make the job a breeze!
