On the ground level is a game room with foosball and a enormous screen TV, plus two bedrooms that share a full bath. The mid level features two master bedrooms that lead to the hot tub and a screened porch. The top floor great room has pretty vistas, vaulted ceilings and a powder room. Within walking distance to Barton's Hole - prime windsurfing and kiteboarding location.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. • June, July, and August are high season in the Hatteras area. To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Hatteras restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
