This bespoke-constructed home in Salvo is located just four tons from the beach with access at the end of the street. Walk up to the doorstep and enter to be welcomed by a game room with pool table, foosball, flat screen TV and wet bar and close by convenient half bath. The main living area is located on the mid-level of the home and features a bright sitting area around an entertainment center with huge flat screen TV. The dining area seats eight at the table alongside the breakfast bar with seating for another two. There are smiles awaiting in the open kitchen, with plenty of space for the chef and assistants, and features high-end stainless steel appliances, and bespoke cabinetry, countertops, and tilework. The screened porch off the dining area is the ideal place for appreciating a meal outdoors. A second half bath is located on this level along with the king master bedroom which includes a private full bath with Jacuzzi tub, dual vanity and glass bock shower. Three more bedrooms are located on the top level of the home including a queen master bedroom with private full bath with Jacuzzi tub and two more queen bedrooms that each has access to a private commode and a shared shower between them. The decks on both the mid-level and top level of the home provide a pretty area for calming with a good book and casual conversation as the SUMMER BREEZE is blowing through the jasmine in your mind. The crow's nest, just a few steps up from the top deck, provides pretty ocean and sound vistas. Appointed with modern amenities and modren decor, SUMMER BREEZE makes you feel fine.
