OCEANVIEW Salvo - Merrimac Ln. If you've been looking for your own private island escape, then look no further than SALVO VERA. This attractively decorated modren getaway, a short walk from the ocean, is just what you've been looking for. The first level features a game room with pool table, TV, stereo/CD and a refrigerator. There's also a queen bedroom and a 6 person hot tub on the deck off the game room. The second level has two bedrooms that share a bath, plus a king master suite that opens onto a deck with a table and chairs. The top level's cavernous great room features cathedral ceilings and entertainment center. To the chef's delight, there's a huge tiled kitchen with breakfast bar. The great room opens to roomy decking and a screened porch with picnic table. Up on top, an observation deck offers Atlantic vistas as well as sunset vistas.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
