SEMI-OCEANFRONT Salvo - Dory Road - Gulls have a view from sound to sea, and you will too in this towering bungalow. View the sunrises or moonlit nights from the cavernous decks or sit back and appreciate the island in the poolside gazebo or in your personal hot tub. Inside is clean, well-organized and color-coordinated. The ground level offers an effortlessly accessible suite complete with king bed and full bathroom, TV, and access to the carport and the homes' plush amenities. The entirely supplied accompanying kitchenette has a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and dining area. A newly added queen master bedroom with a convenient, separate entry, half bath, TV, and minifridge is also found on the ground level. All three levels of the home feature electronic keyless entry locks.

The first level has four bedrooms and four full baths. Two of the bedrooms open onto a shaded deck with hot tub that also has access to a screened porch with comfortable seating. Upstairs has one full bath, plus an open kitchen and great room with numerous dining arrangements. The roomy kitchen can accommodate numerous cooks at once. Just off the great room is a game room with foosball table, seating area and TV. The top level deck is the ideal place for a cool drink and conversation at the end of a calming beach day.

New for 2023: Home will feature 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths.
New for 2022: Exciting renovations are coming this season! There will be a brand new ground level, in-law suite boasting a complete master bedroom and full master bath, TV, and a kitchenette with countertop, refrigerator, sink, microwave, and supplied cabinets. The accompanying dining table and chairs will provide a restful spot to savor a meal or cup of coffee or tea. This new private hideaway will be conveniently accessible from the carport and the home's other amenities. The first level will offer three master suites with new private full bathrooms, and the twin bunk beds will be replaced with a queen bed. One bunk room will remain.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
