The ground floor of the home has a huge game room, a laundry room and double carports. On the first floor are five generous size bedrooms including a queen master with private bath and a king bedroom that has a semi-private bathroom. Three other bedrooms (queen, 2 single, pyramid and regular bunk) share a hall bath. Three bedrooms open onto a shaded deck and one bedroom opens to a covered porch. The second floor has another master bedroom with private bath and Jacuzzi tub. The enormous great room with dining area provides the ideal place for entertaining or just calming. The well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar was designed with the prepare in mind. An broad ocean facing deck provides impressive vistas of the Atlantic inviting you to SPLISH SPLASH this year.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
