Resting Beach Place, located at the Villas of Hatteras Landing, is ideal for a fast weekend hideaway or a full-week vacation in Hatteras Village! Resting Beach Place is only 300 yards to community beach access, less than 100 yards to community sound access, and is conveniently located to many stores, eateries, museums, art galleries, marinas, and within walking distance to the Ocracoke ferry! The Villas of Hatteras Landing offers a enormous pool with lounge chairs, access to multiple gas grilles, and ample shared parking. Unwind after a long day on the private balcony overlooking the community pool and watch the sunset over the Pamlico Sound.

Single Level Condo (located on Level 2 of 2): As you enter the unit you are greeted by an open-concept living and kitchen area. The living room is furnished with a flat-screen TV and a Queen Sleeper Couch. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove top, convection mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar seating 4. The roomy full bathroom is located off the hallway. Then, you will enter the King Bedroom which provides you with a flat-screen TV and a private balcony overlooking the community pool.

Extras: 2 flat-screen TVs, community beach access with shower, community sound access, community pool with 2 gas grilles (April - October), 2 community laundry facilities (complimentary - one on each floor),traditional coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot, air fryer. This unit is on the second (top) level and is only accessible by stairs.

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

About the Area

Located in Hatteras, this condo is near the beach. Hatteras Landing Marina and Teach's Lair Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum. Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
