Welcome to Sandy Point Cottage! A 2-min. walk to the beach; ideal sandbar access for surfing. Walk or bicycle to Avon village eateries.

Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is ideal for your long-term stay. The master bedroom has a new 2021 Kingston queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds, a double bed and a TV. Sleeps 5-6 guests comfortably.
