All condos have private oceanfront decks, as well as sound side decks for viewing colorful sunsets. Elevator service to all levels makes Durant Station a most convenient choice for all ages: no need to haul suitcases and groceries up long flights of stairs!
Guests are just a few short steps to the ocean via a private wooden walkway. The Hatteras area offers some of the best fishing and sunbathing on the East Coast. At Durant Station, you'll appreciate a host of conveniences including one of Hatteras Island's biggest private pools with an adjacent hot tub. The Durant Station Community Center is crowned by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Island's past. You'll find the Community Center ideal for calming with friends, conducting meetings, wedding events, and receptions, or simply appreciating the lounge areas, which offer a enormous-screen TV, and a complete kitchen on the upper level.
The Durant Station complex consists of three floors, which start about 12 feet above the ground. The parking lot and walks are paved with concrete. All units are gorgeously furnished and entirely equipped with linens to make your stay comfortable as well as memorable. All Durant Station condos have central A/C, cable TV with streaming, high-speed WiFi for your laptop, solid surface counters in the kitchen, and sprinkler safety systems for your tranquility of mind.

This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.

Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. - Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
