Spend painless going days calming by the community pool, or soaking up the sun on the beach, accessible by a nice wide community beach boardwalk. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance.
