Ground Level: Ground-level amenities include a roomy pool area with charcoal and gas grilles, 2 outdoor showers with hot water, a fish cleaning table, a basketball hoop, and a driveway that accommodates up to 6 cars. As you enter the home, you are greeted by a cavernous game room with a pool table, a cable TV, and a wet bar with a refrigerator and a microwave. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level. Bedroom #1 is a King bedroom with a TV and access to a full bathroom off the hallway. Bedroom #2 is a spacious King bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, a TV, and access to the covered pool deck.
Mid Level: The middle level has an additional sitting area with a TV, three bedrooms, and a laundry area. Bedroom #3 is furnished with two Twin beds, and bedroom #4 is furnished with a King bed and a TV. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a spacious full bathroom. Bedroom #5 is a Queen bedroom with a TV and an attached private full bathroom. Bedrooms #4 and #5 appreciate ocean vistas with direct access to the oceanfront deck, hot tub, and hammock.
Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you are greeted by the spacious great room with high ceilings and enormous windows that provide plenty of light and ocean vistas! Linens and towels are included all year, and beds will be made. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
- Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
- Property managers usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.
