As you arrive, unpack with zero hassle thanks to the ground-level elevator and covered carport. Also on this level is a gated pool area, complete with a private saltwater pool, and two outdoor showers to rinse off after a dip. Beach lovers will be thrilled to find a walkway bringing you straight from the pool to the community boardwalk, leading you over the dune and onto the sandy shoreline. Step inside on the first level to find four of the home’s well-appointed bedrooms, including two kings with deck access; a room with two queens and a private porch; and a pyramid bunk room. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs. Two full hallway baths complete this level. The final bedroom, a king master, is located on the second level.

On the top level, you'll find a cavernous open floorplan serves as the heart of the home. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

• In the Hatteras area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
• Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
