- In the Hatteras area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
- Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
