Located in the northern end of Hatteras Village, this well-maintained bungalow offers a uniquely designed and private getaway. The main home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a separate entrance leading to a studio bedroom. An outside sitting area is attached to the home, providing a comfortable spot to relax. End your day by appreciating gorgeous sunsets over the creek from the roomy deck. For cooler evenings, the bungalow offers a fireplace for a peaceful and cozy ambiance. Beach access is conveniently located across from the Hatteras Civic Center, with a designated path for HEPOA. Guests can also take advantage of painless kayak launching in the subdivision harbor, making Will's Hideaway an ideal vacation destination. Please note that guests are required to bring their own linens, towels, and paper products, while the bungalow provides essential amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, bed pads, pillows, and blankets/comforter. Additionally, reservation costs, partial stay costs, pet costs, tax, and insurance apply to bookings.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather.
