Watching the sunrise over the junction of three canals, framed by an ancient live oak, is a ideal start to your day. This quintessential beach bungalow in friendly Brigand’s Bay has received a major update for 2021: completely new bathrooms; new kitchen appliances; new Kingsdown queen beds, new floor and carpeting throughout, and many other enhancements. Cozy furnishings, new (in 2020) Intelligent TV, and a well-equipped kitchen make Studio 54 ideal for couples, a modest family, or a fishing event. The dock can welcome a 24-foot boat, plus three short steps down to the canal make launching your canoe or kayak painless. The deck has a loveseat swing ideal for charming moments. Just mins. by boat to the sound and a fast ride to the best beaches, Studio 54 helps make your vacation great!

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Brigands' Bay, a neighborhood in Frisco. Outer Banks Beaches and Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Frisco Native American Museum and Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a fantastic stay? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
