OCEANSIDE Avon – From the moment you set your eyes on JUST BLINK, you’ll know this sweet three-bedroom/two-bath bungalow will be the source of many fond vacation memories for you and your family. Freshly refreshed and soothingly calm, this home sits close to the ocean, yet miles away from your everyday cares.

In addition to a cavernous lot to set up your favorite games, you’ll also find a five-person hot tub, charcoal grille, outdoor shower, and a fish cleaning table on the ground level. Discover gracious one-level living a few steps up including all three of this home’s bedrooms, a master king with an ensuite bath, a queen, and a room with two bunk beds that share a hallway bath. All the bedrooms feature new beds and beds.

Greeting you as you enter, is the home’s comfortable communal space including a generously equipped kitchen, a five-seat dining table and cozy furnishings that tempt you to while away the evening watching the wall-mounted Intelligent TV. You’ll definitely appreciate the roomy screened-in porch running alongside the home with access from both the great room and the master king bedroom. Guests of JUST BLINK have access to Kinnakeet Shores community pool and tennis facilities. The home is dog friendly and up to two furry family members are welcome.   • In the Hatteras area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Avon. Booking your Hatteras vacation home in the Spring or Fall is a good way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
