Downwinder is a first floor, waterfront 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom suite. Incredible waterfront vistas of all the watersports action and sunsets year-round!
Downwinder features teak floors, tile bathrooms, carpeted bedrooms with one king bed and one queen bed, a full modern kitchen with a granite drink bar. The living room features leather furnishings, a flat screen intelligent TV, cable and Apple TV. Each bedroom has a flat screen intelligent TV with cable. There is one full bath with a bathtub shower combo and a half bathroom. The living area provides access to the west facing deck with waterfront vistas.
Guests of Watermen's Retreat get kite launching and landing access at REAL Watersports and 10% off at the REAL Watersports Rental Shop.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi internet access, Tesla & EV charging station, an in-suite washer and dryer, base level secure gear storage, covered parking, an elevator and fast access to REAL Watersports and Watermen's Bar & Grille.
