From the moment you step inside Beach Glass, you are swept into the gorgeous ocean vistas -- the waves look close enough to touch. Seating is strategically arranged to allow you to savor ocean gazing from the living and dining area and primary bedroom suite. Wake up to an impressive sunrise view and watch the dolphins while appreciating your coffee.
The guest bedroom is on the opposite end of the condo and steps from the second bathroom offering your guests and you privacy. This freshly-modernized oceanfront condo features new floor and carpets and a completely-remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is entirely equipped with pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, and any utensil you might need. You will also have a crockpot, blender, electric mixer, can opener, Keurig, and drip coffee maker at your fingertips. The refrigerator offers an ice maker and filtered water.
The stove supplies convection as well as conventional baking. No need to pack all your food from home, you are mins. from a fully-supplied grocery store and if you don't plan on cooking you are within walking distance from multiple charming eateries. Beach Glass offers three HDTVs with Roku streaming available and YTTV, as well as secure wireless high-speed internet access. An ironing board and iron are available for your use.
A handsome deck with a high-top table paired with chairs and lounge chairs overlooking the ocean provide a excellent place to appreciate your evening drink. Accidental spill? No problem, the condo has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Beach Glass is conveniently located steps from the ocean using the Islander Condo beach stairs.
