OCEANFRONT Avon - Fitzwater Ct. - Everything one could want for the ideal vacation. The first level entrance opens to a roomy entry with constructed-in desk, bookshelves, broad library, mini refrigerator, TV/DVD and queen couch bed. There is a master bedroom on the first level with bespoke cedar walled tub room, a second bedroom with semi-private bath, and direct beach access. The upper level has a second master bedroom with TV and slider to the deck with hot tub. The sunroom with dual sliders to both east and west decks is a nice place to relax with a book and the cavernous great room features a cathedral ceiling, wood floors, clerestory windows and 42" LCD TV home theater system. The kitchen was designed with the chef in mind; you can actually watch the waves break while preparing dinner. The living area opens to a wide furnished sundeck. Guests will savor oceanviews from the 2 lower level bedrooms and calming in the shady hammock.

- In the Hatteras area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
