Live it up just steps from the beach at this gorgeous Buxton townhome! The private, completely screened-in deck offers a breezy all-day perch with vistas overlooking the Buxton Woods Coastal Reserve. You'll be located just a short walk from the shore and local eateries, groceries, stores, and charter services can all be found within a mile of the home for added convenience. Less than two miles away, the Hatteras Island Visitor Center is home to the historic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and the family-friendly Museum of the Sea. Summer-stay guests will also appreciate access to the pool at Club Hatteras.

The townhome's multi-story interior showcases chic coastal decor and all the modern home essentials to make you feel right at home. A plush sectional and a pair of armchairs offer family comfort in the living room, and a intelligent TV is equipped for casual entertainment. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the major appliances, cookware, and accessories for painless home cooking, and features an eat-in nook and dining table on either side for flexible mealtime gatherings. All three bedrooms are also equipped with a intelligent TV for added convenience. Everyone will savor fast and complimentary WiFi, along with everyday essentials including central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting "Yes" to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. When to book a Hatteras rental & When to go:

  • In the Hatteras area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • To find the most suitable rental home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Hatteras restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
