Perched on a private point with a lawn that stretches to a kayak-friendly canal, the only management you’ll need to consider is your time — and all the incredible ways you can spend it while you are here.

A peaceful cul-de-sac welcomes you to this home that’s ideal for a modest family. All three bedrooms are located on the first level. There’s a king master with ensuite bath and a queen and bunk room that share a full hallway bath which also includes a laundry closet. Two exterior doors provide access to the furnished sun deck which also homes a 6-person hot tub, ideally positioned for a calming soak as the sun sinks below the sound.

The top floor captivates with an open living concept and plenty of windows to reveal the sound side’s natural beauty. A enormous Intelligent TV anchors a comfortably furnished great room. Between the charcoal grille located outside at the back of the home and the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to bring your favorite vacation meals to a dining table that seats eight, along with three more at the breakfast bar.
