Short walk down a cul-de-sac to the cavernous and uncrowded beach. Private pool (May through October) and screened gazebo with hot tub, roomy grass yard which is good for outdoor play; charcoal 'park' grille with prep table. Wood floors in kitchen, LR and and sizable enclosed sunroom/dining room. Primary bedroom has king sized bed and private BA; 2nd bedroom has queen sized bed and direct access to BA; 3rd bedroom has pyramid bunk beds (full and twin sized beds) and foosball table. High-speed wifi, TV's in each BR and in LR, roku access to streaming and Spectrum channel lineup. DVD player. Central A/C and 7 ceiling fans. Kitchen is well outfitted with pots/pans/dishes/silverware etc. Pack and play and high chair for infants/toddlers. Enormous deck with plenty of comfortable seats. All windows replaced in 2023/2024; new deck 2024; new roof and siding 2022.
