Waves Village #17 is in multi -colored building next to Kitty Hawk Kites in Rodanthe, NC. Sound Front 3 bedroom/3bath with private hot tub over looking community pool with exceptional broad vistas of the Pamlico Sound(pool is open from mid April to October 1). Giant living area with open floor plan. Hard wood floor, granite counter tops, amazing wood accents, original art work, enormous balcony over looking the pool. Private gas grille and private hot tub on your private covered balcony. Washer and Dryer in condo. New owners have painted, hung new artwork, new linens, new grille, all new silverware, dishes and glassware. Fireplace is decorative only, non-operational.
We are next door to Kitty Hawk Kites, bicycle, paddle board and kayak units, putt putt golf, arcade and multiple eateries. 6’ 4” parking clearance under condo building as well as adjacent sizable open parking area with an Electric Car charging station. Animals are not allowed. This new policy accepts our allergic kid to have a positive stay when visiting.
About the Area
Located in Rodanthe, this condo is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports are also worth visiting. With kayaking, windsurfing, and surfing/body boarding nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
