Painless Breezy is a sound-front heaven for windsurfing, kiteboarding, fishing, and surfing, where you'll savor some of the best riding and fishing conditions on the east coast. Child- and dog-friendly, Easy Breezy is a photogenic and economical waterfront spot for the whole family, now featuring a bigger deck and high-speed wireless internet access. The dock and the waterfront sidewalk are great places to launch windsurfing and kiteboarding adventures, tie up a boat or wave runner, fish, and just relax and appreciate sound-front living.

On the ground level are a charcoal grille, an outdoor shower, a toy box, board storage racks, and a fish-cleaning table. The comfortable living room features an entertainment center with a TV, a CD player, and a DVD player, and opens to an expanded deck with a six-person hot tub and fantastic sound vistas. Easy Breezy's kitchen with a breakfast bar and an adjacent dining area are just the ticket for end-of-the-day sunset celebrations. The first and second bedrooms (with a TV and Nintendo Game Cube) are convenient to a bathroom and laundry facilities. The third bedroom is a master with a TV, a DVD player, and a private bath. This is a sportsman's paradise - you choose the sport!
