SEMI-OCEANFRONT Waves - Sea Vista Dr. - LONGVIEW, located just across a peaceful side street from the beach offers roomy rooms, private swimming pool and plenty of deck space to stretch out and breathe in the sea air. Enter the home through a dry entry in the carport and step upstairs or take the all-level elevator. The first level of the home is where you'll find 4 comfortable bedrooms for resting after a long day at the beach. There is a queen master bedroom with private bath, a second queen bedroom with a semi-private bath and a king bedroom that shares a bath with a pyramid bunk bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have sliders to the covered deck. The top level of the home provides a king master bedroom with private bath including Jacuzzi tub. Also on the top level is a media room with home theater system and the great room with cathedral ceilings, seating around the entertainment center and slider to the ocean side deck. The dining area has two tables for seating the group, and a slider to the screened porch where you'll find the bubbly hot tub and access to the west-side deck.   • Summertime is the most expensive season in Waves. To get the largest rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Hatteras restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
