Cavernous, private, waterfront condo in the heart of Hatteras Village. Close to beaches, marinas, shopping, and the Ferry to Ocracoke. On site boat dock and private boat slip that holds up to 25ft vessel without head supplied at no charge. The dock is a great place to fish, crab or launch your kayak or SUP. Fish cleaning station at the dock. Propane (bring your own propane cylinder) and charcoal (bring your own charcoal) grilles in the common areas.

Home is equipped with 2 Bedroom suites (water vistas from the primary suite) each with private full bath, plus an additional half bath in the common area. Sheets and towels supplied. Entirely equipped kitchen with Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, toaster and cooking/baking silverware. Newer Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher in the unit (both replaced August 2022). Don't forget to appreciate your coffee or drinks on the deck while watching the handsome sunsets!
Building is equipped with an elevator so no steps to navigate with bags and supplies. Condo complex has a sizable, private community pool, shower and restroom facilities.
