Cozy up in this little Bird Haus located on the oceanside of Avon. Bird Haus is the epitome of a classic beach vacation, offering painless beach access (no roads to cross!), a close by outdoor swimming pool, and gorgeous sunsets over the Pamlico Sound. With a new bench, the rooftop deck is ideal for soaking up the sun and stealing a few peaceful moments to rest in the wind. The screened porch below has been newly updated with new furnishings and decor.

The ground level greets you with a carport, a lockable storage area for kayaks and surfboards, a newly updated grille, a fish-cleaning station, and a utility room. There's a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water as well as a separate entrance to the basement, which homes the washer/dryer.

Inside, Bird Haus features a convenient, single-level floor plan. The open living area has freshly updated decor and a 55-inch TV. The gorgeously equipped kitchen offers updated hardware and modest appliances, as well as a two-seat breakfast bar that divides the kitchen from the striking dining area with a window-side table. Each of the two bedrooms has a Roku TV.
