Arrive at this freshly refreshed bungalow and discover a place that’s ideal for a single family who relish moments together as well as room to spread out. All of the home’s bedrooms are located on the second level: a king that shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with another king bedroom; as well as a queen room and a room featuring a pyramid bunk and a single trundle that share a full hallway bath. All of the bedrooms are equipped with iHome alarm clocks, a Intelligent TV and Blu-ray.

Upstairs, the bright and roomy upper-level great room features a vaulted ceiling, new laminate floor and walls of windows that flood the room with natural light and 180-degree vistas. Tune into an episode of your favorite show on the 49-inch Intelligent TV or choose a DVD from a generous collection. The kitchen, featuring a double oven, separate ice maker and eat-at counter, has everything needed to prep a meal and serve it at the eight-seat dining table, the ideal place to capture the day’s stories and adventures.
