Located on a cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood, the home is just a fast walk to the boardwalk leading to the beach. A pond sits behind the home and beyond that, the sound. But the closest form of water is the private saltwater pool, where the color of the floor mimics the blue sky above. A tiki bar provides the ideal option for a refreshment respite. Nearby is an outdoor shower and a fish-cleaning station with water and lights for the avid angler. An all-level elevator is conveniently located on the ground level. • Summer time is high season in Waves. To find the best value, change your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• In the Hatteras area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early.
