The laundry room is here, too, as is a full bath. The first floor offers another great room area, also equipped with a Intelligent TV. Enhanced by a calming coastal décor, the space flows seamlessly to a dining area where a four-seat dining table accommodates your family’s meals. Three more stools provide seating at the breakfast counter that fronts a cavernous and well-equipped kitchen.
