This newly updated bungalow offers some surprising features that others do not. There’s a full basement media room that provides a handsome and comfortable den for hanging out and watching the Intelligent TV. The couch doubles as a pull-out queen couch bed. The laundry room is here, too, as is a full bath. The first floor offers another great room area, also equipped with a Intelligent TV. Enhanced by a calming coastal décor, the space flows seamlessly to a dining area where a six-seat dining table accommodates your family’s meals. Three more stools provide seating at the breakfast counter that fronts a roomy and well-equipped kitchen. Savor the stainless-steel appliances, including a huge refrigerator and brand-new dishes, pots, and pans to whip up meals like a pro chef.

All three bedrooms are located on the first level: a master queen with ensuite bath and another queen that shares a hallway bath with a single bunk room. All feature Intelligent TVs.   • Summer months are high season in Avon. Booking your Hatteras vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
