Prepare to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city at this oceanfront home! You'll appreciate a prime location within an simple walking distance to the Avon Fishing Pier, many eateries, and Club Hatteras.

Savor invigorating beverages on the furnished, covered deck equipped with two beach chairs, three chairs, and a high table, ideal for outdoor gatherings. Back inside, the open layout combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas; each one of them is well furnished, cavernous, and comfortable. The living area offers guests two couches, a ceiling fan, and a enormous, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable. When dinnertime comes, the dining table can seat up to five guests and the modest island offers two more spaces. The completely-equipped kitchen will have your back when it's time to feed your guests.

The main bedroom suite has a Jacuzzi and direct access to a deck with some of the most striking vistas in the outer banks. This getaway's deck also offers its own private staircase directly down to the beach access. Community amenities include a shining outdoor pool and a private boardwalk to the beach. Things to know:
This condo is on the first level, up to two sets of stairs, at the Islander Condominiums.
