The Durant Station Condominiums offer spectacular ocean vistas, and you'll have a private oceanfront deck and a sound-side deck for viewing colorful sunsets. Elevator service to all levels makes Durant Station a most convenient choice for all ages: no need to haul bags and groceries up long flights of stairs! You'll be just a few short steps to the ocean via a private wooden walkway. The Hatteras area offers some of the best fishing and sunbathing on the East Coast.

Savor a host of amenities, including one of Hatteras Islands' biggest private pools with an adjacent hot tub available from April 1 through January 2. The Durant Station Community Center is crowned by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Island's past. The Community Center is ideal for calming with friends, conducting meetings, wedding events, and receptions, or simply appreciating the lounge areas, which offer a enormous-screen 50-inch plasma TV and a complete kitchen on the upper level. The Durant Station complex consists of three floors, which start about 12 feet above the ground.

This hideaway is charmingly furnished and completely equipped with linens to make your stay comfortable and memorable. All new appliances were added at the end of 2022, along with fresh carpet in the bedrooms. This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.
