The ground level has a carport and dry entry via the four-stop elevator. The first floor features 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bath, and game room with billiard table, TV/DVD, and wet bar with mini-refrigerator. The game room opens to an oceanside deck with two H/C outdoor showers and a hot tub. Head down the steps to the private pool for a calming swim. The second floor features five bedrooms including 3 master suites with king beds and TVs/DVDs, and 4 full baths. Two master suites open to a 10' shaded oceanside deck with vistas so good you can watch the waves break on the beach. The third master suite is completely handicap friendly, including a roll-in shower. The queen bedroom and bedroom with singles on this level each have their own TV/DVD and share a hall bath. The third level's sizable, well-appointed great room has wall-to-wall windows and impressive ocean to sound vistas. The great room features a constructed-in entertainment center with home theater system, BluRay player and surround sound and second sitting area. The well-designed kitchen with wet bar/prep area is ideal for entertaining. The great room opens to a stepped down 12' sundeck and fantastic expansive vistas. A fourth master suite is also on this level and features a wood floor, cathedral ceiling, hottub tub and TV/DVD.
