This enchanting home features gorgeous wood and ceramic tile floors on the top level, calming colors throughout, beach decor, comfortable furnishings and so much more! The great room features a 50” TV with surround sound, CD player, plus Amazon Alexa Echo Plus Hub.

Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bespoke island and all the accessories you will need to make your favorite island meal. Savor both ocean and sound vistas from the top deck while having your morning coffee. The mid-level is where you will find the master bedroom with its own bath. From the master suite step out onto your personal deck for a nap on the hammock or relax on the swing. You will also find the mermaid bedroom with queen sized bed and a separate kid bunk bed room on this floor.

On the entry level you will find the ocean bedroom with queen sized bed, full bath, game room/entertainment area and a queen-sized couch bed. Play your favorite games, Galaga, Pac-Man or Asteroids from our 3 arcade games, watch your favorite movie or appreciate a drink from the wet bar. Head outside to splash in your own private pool or relax in the 6 person hot tub. If it’s the beach you want …no problem. Beach access is just a short walk to the end of the cul-de-sac.

Home is equipped with wireless high-speed internet, DVD player in all bedrooms (except ocean bedroom) and ceiling fans in great room, kitchen, entry level living area and all bedrooms (except bunk bedroom) You will also find a great selection of books, family games and DVD movies. When to reserve a Hatteras rental & When to go:

  • In the Hatteras area, The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Hatteras area. Book your vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
