OCEANVIEW Salvo - Colony Drive If you're looking for a home to accommodate your group with a nice selection of amenities in a great location and at a good value, try THE SLEEPY DOG. Just 3 tons from the beach, access is just a short walk away. The kids will have fun playing in the private swimming pool and the adults will savor the steamy hot tub located on the top deck with privacy lattice. An outdoor shower and a footwash make fast after-beach rinse-offs painless. When you're ready to lay your head down for the nighttime, choose from five comfortable bedrooms. There are four bedrooms on the mid-level (queen, queen, double, 2 sets of bunk beds) that share use of two full baths. A covered deck is comfortably accessed from this level. The fifth bedroom is on the top level (queen bed) and has a semi-private full bath. The great room will please the group with a sizable flat screen TV home theater system with surround sound and DVD player above the gas log fireplace. There are two dining tables conveniently located alongside the kitchen where meal preparation is a breeze. Appreciate a view of the sound from the window over the sink. A screened porch provides a pleasant place to relax with the most recent best-seller. If you prefer to eat outside, a picnic table is located on the deck just off the dining area. Sliders lead from the great room onto the oceanside deck where you can appreciate ocean vistas while gathering for casual conversation.
