DUNE CRAB is not packed with bedrooms, at 4,484 sq. ft.; it was designed for you to find your own space, indoors or out, in every season. This broad four-level handicap-friendly home has an elevator for simple access to all levels of the home. Make a splash in the glimmering private pool with calming constructed-in whirlpool, or lounge around on the cavernous poolside patio with tiki bar. The first floor has a game room with wet bar, pool table, TV, queen futon, half bath and laundry area. The second level has an amazing media area with huge screen TV, comfortable seating and couch bed; three bedrooms (each with private bath) - two are suites with ocean vistas that open onto a shaded oceanside deck. The third level is the heart of the home. It has a humongous great room with couches, an open kitchen with wrap around bar and wall to wall glass for unparalleled Atlantic vistas opening onto a wide furnished oceanfront deck. Dine indoors on the enormous indoor table, the modest breakfast table, or just outside on the south side screened porch with hammock, which is just off of the kitchen. The fourth level features two additional master suites (one with handicap friendly bath) and more oceanside seating with countless vistas, opening to a furnished sundeck with a hot tub. (Fireplaces seen in photos are not for guest use.)
