OCEANFRONT Buxton- Old Lighthouse Rd. - You'll be one step closer to heaven in this one-of-a-kind, spectacular oceanfront getaway. DUNE CRAB is not packed with bedrooms, at 4,484 sq. ft.; it was designed for you to find your own space, indoors or out, in every season. This broad four-level handicap-friendly home has an elevator for simple access to all levels of the home. Make a splash in the glimmering private pool with calming constructed-in whirlpool, or lounge around on the cavernous poolside patio with tiki bar. The first floor has a game room with wet bar, pool table, TV, queen futon, half bath and laundry area. The second level has an amazing media area with huge screen TV, comfortable seating and couch bed; three bedrooms (each with private bath) - two are suites with ocean vistas that open onto a shaded oceanside deck. The third level is the heart of the home. It has a humongous great room with couches, an open kitchen with wrap around bar and wall to wall glass for unparalleled Atlantic vistas opening onto a wide furnished oceanfront deck. Dine indoors on the enormous indoor table, the modest breakfast table, or just outside on the south side screened porch with hammock, which is just off of the kitchen. The fourth level features two additional master suites (one with handicap friendly bath) and more oceanside seating with countless vistas, opening to a furnished sundeck with a hot tub. (Fireplaces seen in photos are not for guest use.)

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Located in Buxton, this vacation home is on the beach. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Buxton Seafood and Surf's Up.
