The downstairs game room has a pool table, 32" flat screen TV, wet bar with refrigerator and access to the poolside deck with picnic table. Step down to the private saltwater pool and 6-person hot tub and relax your cares away. The mid-level features two king master suites and a bedroom with two singles - each with TV and direct deck access leading down to the pool and spa. Also on this level is the queen bedroom with TV/DVD (no cable) that shares a hall bath with the twin room. The top level great room, with vaulted ceilings and 50" TV and DVD player, features ocean to sound vistas. The roomy kitchen with pantry offers pretty sound vistas as well from its upsized windows. Finishing this level is a king master suite with vaulted ceiling, TV, and vistas of ocean and sound. min. occupancy is 12. This home offers complimentary passes to the Rodanthe Fishing Pier for either fishing or sightseeing. Life is short and the place to be is DOWN BY THE SEA.
