Appreciate the “Striking Life” at Avon’s oceanside VITA BELLA. The clean, uncrowded beach is just a short walk down peaceful Sailfish Lane.

VITA BELLA is roughly six tons back from the ocean boardwalk access.

This saltbox style home has a clever floor plan that begins with good parking and a dry entry for those moist vacation days.

There is an outside shower and Weber kettle grille. Additionally, VITA BELLA is within walking distance of eateries, coffee stores, and, most importantly, the Dqueen.

VITA BELLA has a combination living, dining and kitchen with tall ceiling and bright southern exposure.

There is a comfortable living area anchored with LED TV/DVD and stereo.

The well-equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and outside sundeck, which includes a picnic table. Bedroom one with double bunk beds shares a full bath (shower) with the living room.

There is also a laundry area on the first floor with a new, full-size washer and dryer.



VITA BELLA shines upstairs.

Young people will gravitate to the enormous loft with LED TV, couch, and deck access. Bedroom two has a queen bed, deck access, and shares a sizable bath with queen bedroom three. The sundeck has constructed in seating and a slice of oceanview.

Sunsets and sunrises are exceptional.
