Salvo is a hidden GEM, it is located in the Southern end of the “Tri-Villages” of Rodanthe, Waves and Salvo. It feels like it is in a world of its own! The ideal place for beach days, family times and calming with not many distractions!

Come savor this super-cute, open concept home and all it has to offer; let it welcome you back year after year, as this adorable home is sure to be your favorite! Your dog is also welcome here! Your dog will appreciate the little fenced in area on the side yard, and you will have tranquility of mind letting your pup sit on the front and upper deck without being able to get out on the street with the gate to keep them in your view! Deck is new in November 2019. My home is located in the Hatteras Colony neighborhood, which is considered by many as the best on the Island due to the wide streets and two-mile loop of side streets ideal for bicycle riding, walking or pushing a stroller. The kitchen is complete with all you will need and will inspire your inner chef. Fridge has an ice maker in the freezer, Keurig and drip coffee maker. Lots of natural sunlight flow throughout the open living / dining rooms with a vaulted ceiling making it simple to gather together for those special family times. The first floor has two bedrooms (Queen and 2 twins), and bathroom. The upper level has two queen bedrooms, a bathroom, the stackable laundry is conveniently located on this level, and a loft area with a couch, tv and games, sure to keep the kids occupied. The huge upper deck is accessible from the queen bedroom or the loft area. You can relax on this deck and hear the surf. There is a screened in porch next to the kitchen to enjoy your meals on the picnic table, and relax at the end of your day, or enjoy your morning coffee here. A private area underneath the home is a great gathering place with an upsized picnic table, outdoor shower and fish cleaning station with lights and water. You'll find a charcoal grille in the side yard. House has 4 TV's, DVD player, wifi. Linens can be rented through numerous local companies that drop them off at the home if you don’t want to bring your own sheets. The keyless entry makes it so painless to check in and out of the home. This is a nonsmoking home, with a Saturday-to-Saturday rental. It's a one-min. short walk down our street to our beach access, then about a 5-min. walk over the dune to the most enchanting beach in the world! Come experience this calming haven and fall in appreciate with this "hidden gem" the little village of Salvo.
