Located in the Colony Community of Salvo, this beach box home is ideal for your summer vacation. You’ll always feel at home at SAL’S HOME. Ample gravel parking in the front of the home means you can invite over family, or use it to park up to two 28’ boats. Take in the salty breeze under the home. Come together at the under-home seating area and talk the day away. Picture your family at play or calming in the handsomely landscaped private saltwater pool area complete with pool loungers, ideal for soaking up sunshine. A cabana half bath and an outdoor shower are also under the home for your convenience and a fish cleaning table with lights and water access. Cook up a meal at the park charcoal grille and take it up to the stairs to the picnic table in the sun. All paths up to the home have motion sensor lighting.
Enter the screened-in porch to get into the home. With furnishings on the porch, this spot is great for an elevated view of this neighborhood. Inside, the open concept great room is ideal for a lazy day. The plush couches are simple to sink into while you stream a movie on the Intelligent TV. A fresh kitchen opens to the living room. Making a vacation meal is painless with the ample counter space and storage space. Grab a bite at the breakfast table that seats four or come together at the dining table that seats six. Three bedrooms on this level share a hall bath. Two queen bedrooms and one day bed with a trundle.
