Aloha and welcome to Rodanthe, NC. This 3 BR/3 bath (2 indoor, 1 outdoor) semi ocean front home was completely modernized in 2015. Savor the ocean and sound vistas from the broad deck or take the 30 second walk to appreciate the beach! Inspired and designed from all your favorite TV shows; please make yourself at home in this classic beach bungalow with a modern flair. All your towels and extravagant linens are supplied to allow you to just show up and start your vacation. Each BR is fitted with black out blinds for those who need some additional R&R. New cordless blinds have been installed this year in the sun porch room.
This handicap friendly home is the ideal space to take in all the Outer Banks has to offer. Appreciate your meals from the bespoke farm table while looking out through a wall of windows toward the ocean. The modern European kitchen features plenty of space and a bar height counter for additional seating.
Each room has a wall mounted flat screen tv and is designed to maximize your senses to the Ocean. Rainy day or too hot? No problem, savor the outdoors from the decked out, open-air lanai. A huge tiki bar is calling to be utilized for your anytime happy hour. There is a ¾ bathroom outside and plenty of space for all your favorite games.
Enjoy some of the best fishing in the Outer Banks as the Rodanthe pier is just one street away. No fishing license is required on the pier.
The brand new concrete driveway offers generous parking and accepts for a clean transition from the beach to your vacation home.
This classic beach bungalow has plenty of space for the whole family. The bedrooms include: Master: King Bed and giant bespoke bath that is handicap friendly; Bedroom 2: King; Bedroom 3: Queen. Full towel and linen service supplied.
Need a little help getting into the home? Please utilize our ground level handicap 48" ramp with the best vistas anywhere! If you can not or choose not to use stairs then this home is for you. Our local ocean rescue team can even be contacted to arrange your transport directly to the beach.
