The ground level features covered parking, a game room with wet bar, a master bedroom, and a bedroom with semi-private full bath. Wrap-around decks, two master bedrooms, two additional bedrooms sharing a bath, a den and the laundry room are on the mid-level. The top level features more decks, an open great room with surround sound home theater, a kitchen fit to feed a crowd, powder room, and a master bedroom.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

When to go & When to book:

• In the Hatteras area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked very early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
