This home was thoughtfully upgraded in 2022, and features all-new wood plank floor throughout the home, 39-inch intelligent TVs with Roku in all the bedrooms, and a 65-inch TV in the living room.

If you need a snack for the team, you can whip it up in the kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a smooth top range, an oven, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Slide into the adjacent media room and curl up in front of the 55-inch flatscreen home theater system with surround sound, 3D viewing features, a Blu-ray and DVR, and plenty of comfortable couch seating along with seating for six at the counter-height table.

The pool water is heated via solar power, therefore the water temperature may vary as it is dependent on weather conditions and ambient air temperature. Solar pool heat does not need to be requested in advance.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
