CANALFRONT Avon - S. Albacore Ln. Bask in the AFTERGLOW of the striking sunsets from the decks of this brightly decorated home.

With under-home storage for watersports gear and direct access to the sound from the property from the private dock, this is the ideal home for watersports enthusiasts! There are two kayaks at the home for you to use as well. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and toss some burgers on the charcoal grille after a day on the Pamlico Sound.

Unpack into one of the three bedrooms on the first level of the home with convenient laundry close by. The inviting hot tub is found on the first level covered deck, with of course a splendid water view.

The top level great room features vaulted ceilings and blue water vistas through the many windows. Gather in front of the enormous flat screen TV while the cooks whip up dinner in the close by kitchen.

Appreciate your choice of eateries and shopping in the village of Avon and bicycle along with multi-use path.

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Avon. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection.
