Start your treasure hunt on the ground level where the backyard features soft grass and a humongous broad dock over the water with two private boat slips that can accommodate up to a 28’ boat. The dock features seating to gather and savor the scenery with plenty of space for fishing and crabbing too! A separate second dock is lower for boat access and has a convenient fish cleaning station.

There is also a private sandy beach launch area for kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and more! After exploring the abundance of natural treasures, come home to a giant calming hot tub on the covered deck, featuring 40 jets and seating for 7 adults.

Connecting the enormous dock to the home is another expansive deck for relaxing, dining, soaking up the sun and gathering. From here, step inside to one of three comfortable living areas – all featuring 75” TVs, modern amenities, and bright coastal décor. The entire ground level is a relaxing getaway with a huge living area, brand new full-size kitchen with quartz countertops and a drink station with Keurig. This getaway also features a laundry with a full-size washer and dryer and a private bedroom with an en suite bath. The cozy bedroom features a queen bed with pillowtop bed and attached private bath with bespoke tiled shower and sizable sink vanity.

Heading upstairs to the mid level you will discover amazing water vistas from the brand-new kitchen with quartz countertops and waterfront living and dining area. This living room also features a 75” TV. The water is so close you will feel like you are on a boat! This main kitchen is completely outfitted and features brand-new appliances including an oven with air fry option, full-size ice maker, two islands offering additional seating, and separate beverage station with a Keurig coffee maker. There is also an en suite bedroom with a king size plush pillowtop bed, 60” TV and attached bath with a bespoke tiled shower. Also on level is a full-size washer and dryer and a convenient half bath.

A second living area on this level offers a bright comfortable space to gather or find your own area to just kick back and read a book. This area leads to a cavernous front entry with a covered deck with stairs that lead down to the front yard.

Even more treasure awaits you on the top level with yet another cozy living area with a 75” TV, an 8’ full-size slate pool table and a modest game table complete with dual chess/checkers game. Step out onto a huge furnished deck overlooking the water with extraordinary vistas of the Pamlico Sound and see the sky aglow from colorful sunsets. The waterfront bedroom on this level leads out to this deck as well and features a king pillowtop bed and a 55” TV. The other bedroom on this top level has a pyramid bunk bed with a queen plush bed on the bottom and XL twin plush bed on the top and a 55” TV.
