This captivating home has good parking, elevator access to all floors (accessibility ramp up to the first-floor elevator level), and an outdoor shower. The first living level has a sizable furnished recreation room with a game table, elevator access, a half bath, and a laundry area. A huge furnished den on the second floor with an entertainment center and computer desk is ideal for gaming or online access that opens to wide covered decks and a very cool private hot tub with impressive vistas of water and wetlands. Pop up to the level three great room with a tall ceiling, fresh resort furnishing, and entertainment center. A gem of a kitchen with a breakfast bar opens to a handsome dining area, pantry, and a pass-thru window to the porch for outdoor dining.
