This captivating home has good parking, elevator access to all floors (accessibility ramp up to the first-floor elevator level), and an outdoor shower. The first living level has a sizable furnished recreation room with a game table, elevator access, a half bath, and a laundry area. A huge furnished den on the second floor with an entertainment center and computer desk is ideal for gaming or online access that opens to wide covered decks and a very cool private hot tub with impressive vistas of water and wetlands. Pop up to the level three great room with a tall ceiling, fresh resort furnishing, and entertainment center. A gem of a kitchen with a breakfast bar opens to a handsome dining area, pantry, and a pass-thru window to the porch for outdoor dining. You will have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in e-mail and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on the weather.
