This centrally located oceanfront home has a lot to offer besides the front row ocean vistas. Pull up in the driveway and you'll discover the shining private pool, indulgent hot tub, and simple beach access. Head up to the second level and you'll find the convenient laundry area and four comfortable bedrooms, all with TVs. There are two queen bedrooms that share a full bath, and a double bedroom and pyramid w/trundle bedroom that access a hall bath. Move up to the top floor and you'll find the sunny great room and kitchen with additional seating at the bar, the dining area, a half bath, and a cozy living area with 55" HDTV satellite system with sound bar. Naturally, the vistas from CLOUD 9 are out of this world, particularly on the top level's broad sun deck. Appreciate your morning coffee in this roomy area with unobstructed vistas of the most dazzling sunrises the east coast has to offer. Spend a little time on CLOUD 9 and fulfill your vacation dreams.

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Waves. Reserve your Hatteras vacation in Fall or Spring months to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.

• At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on great reviews to compel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your review.
