This is a beach home with CHARM! HOT TUB open all year! The pool is open when the temperature is 75+. Ideal location, centrally located on a very thin strip of the island for gorgeous vistas and a fast walk to the beach or the sound. 8 min. walk to the Ocean and 5 min. walk to the Sound. (4) Bedrooms, (1) with an ensuite, (3) bathrooms, a game room w/sink & futon, open kitchen & living area on top floor, carport with outdoor shower & fish cleaning room, pool & hot tub with shower for rinsing. Sunsets, star filled nights, convenience to activity's and eateries/pubs. Dine at home by utilizing the outdoor grille and picnic table or savor the completely equipped kitchen and balcony on the top floor. Table and chairs on the balcony, also.
Grocery store is 12 mins. down route #12. Convenient store is a 5 min. walk to Blue Whale or 1/2 mile to the Dollar General or Wave's Market. Utilize the outdoor lift for your grocery's and suitcases. The cargo lift stops at each floor which you control with a remote. It is a quick walk to the Ocean (a beach cart is supplied), and an even quicker walk to the Sound! I provide a special kayak carrier on wheels to launch kayaks or paddle board in the Sound. An in ground private salt water pool with it's own pool shower and a hot tub is always delightful. The pool has under water seating . Three stories of impressive! One open balcony with a table and comfortable seating and one screened balcony with table and seating. This home is super clean and well maintained. The top floor vaulted ceiling, light and airy home welcomes those who appreciate open spaces, clean quarters - yes, you can actually see out of these salt complimentary windows, too! The outdoor shower & dressing room is huge and private. There is nothing like taking an outdoor shower. Many supplies are ready for you. Appreciate to fish? Wait till you see the fish cleaning room in the carport. It is screened, provides hot & cold water, electric, and a sizable bench. Close to the fish cleaning station is a picnic table and charcoal grille. The amenities are geared for those who savor the outdoors as well as the comfort of the indoors. Don't rent your equipment. A paddle board, kayaks, corn hole, and body boards are included. Some beach chairs included but there is a Wing store close by for an additional's if needed. You will enjoy the additional care put into this beach home. This is not just your basic beach home rental. U Found Dory has all the extras, just like a real home. The photos on this site are accurate and up to date.
Safe & secure. Locks on balcony gates, secure pool gate, & visible noninvasive outdoor security cameras overlooking the yard and carport where the kayaks, toys, bicycles, and paddle board are located and where your cars are parked. No indoor cameras, of course. No other beach home is supplied like this one. Flour, sugar, spices and so much more are supplied. Each guest adds to the pantry which is way cool! Grab a beer out of the frig in the game room. Forgot bug spray? It is probably supplied.
Do you enjoy cooking or baking? This kitchen has it all. From crock pot, to lobster pot, pancake griddle, ninja blender, waffle griddle, mixer, pie & cake pans, electric roaster, electric pressure cooker, gravy mixer...you name it! The oven is conventional/air fry/convection.
